The Crest at Sugarloaf Apartments

This place at first glance will seem homey and comfy, like most places they’ll try and sell you whatever nonsense they have stocked up. Be wary and be warned. I’ve lived here for about two leasing terms, both at 11-13 months, while the first couple of months were fine, as time progressed everything got worse and worse. Maintenance will come in and check but then do nothing to fix any issues. If they do fix anything, I request maintenance on the same issue again within a week. Currently the apt is sitting at 82 degrees Fahrenheit. I have asked them to come repeatedly to fix this issue and nothing has been fix. Even in the winter my windows get frozen and water leaks everywhere. Other things like bugs are an issue. I go to war with wasp, cockroaches, moths, and flies consistently. Our fridge had to get replaced within 2 months of living here and our shower head had to get replaced within a WEEK of moving in because it started to spray towards the ceiling. Not to mention water damages as well during storms in which they just paint over the damages, thats all they do for their “repairs”, my ceiling also chipped and broke off and they also painted over it. I’m sure other apts in the complex’s don’t suffer this much but I reside within building 1700. Don’t stay within that building if you want pleasantry's. I will be leaving this complex soon, but had to get this out there so people can be aware that even though there are great reviews, these bad ones are just as real as the good ones. This is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are spacious and it is pet friendly. The leasing agents are all amazing and very attentive.
