Birch House

I am now a resident of Birch House and I am so glad I went with my decision. Keba my leasing agent is such a gem, from touring my apartment up till signing my lease was a great experience, everything went smoothly. Keba communicated so well, she is such a sweetheart and so caring. Keba is such a big asset to the Birch House team and she truly deserves her flowers. Thank you for making my first renting experience so positive!

I recently applied and have been experiencing difficulties with the Pay Score app. The Woodward agents attempted several solutions: first, they deleted my phone number and added a new one; second, they deleted my profile and created a new one. Great Options considering my number has changed. Unfortunately, neither option worked. To ensure there were no issues, I confirmed with my employer that all my contact information was accurate. The problem arose when I tried to verify my identity. When I mentioned that I would resolve the issue after the holiday, I was informed that my application would expire and that I needed to contact Pay Score directly. This experience reflects poor customer service. In my role at my company, if a customer encounters an issue with a piece of equipment or application, I collaborate with the vendor instead of shifting the burden to the customer. If the application were to expire before the problem was resolved, I would still honor any agreements since the issue originated internally, not with the customer. This experience has left a negative impression on me. I plan to resolve the issue independently, but I couldn't even find a direct number for Pay Score. Additionally, I was looking to move in March 2026 and had no issues with two other apartments that required Pay Score.

I would like to just make sure some outstanding people are noticed for being outstanding!! Kebeh, Sarah and Simona have been spot on with everything. Kebeh and Sarah got my application through and moved in to my new spot in one week!!! I didn’t know this was something exceptional but they kind of bragged so I figured it out…lol I thought it was because I was such a simple and kind soul but maybe I think more because of their efforts. Then Simona showed up and is just as dedicated and even makes sure to check emails and such on her days off. Which I think she should get at least a bonus for. I could list more but then they may start to blush if they were to read this…!! On a scale of 1 to 10 they definitely deserve a 10 plus.
