I wanted to send a quick shoutout to Yasmine! She has been a pleasure to work with since she started here. She I very professional and has a wonderful personality! She always has a smile on her face and willing to help. She along with the rest of the staff have made even the not so great things a pleasure to live here.

Honestly, this has been the best place I have ever lived! The property is always extremely clean and well maintained. If there is ever an area that needs attention, the onsite staff takes care of it almost immediately. They even scrub the staircases, which really shows how much effort they put into keeping the entire community looking its best. The management team is also very responsive and handles any concerns in a timely manner through the Lively neighborhood app. Maintenance is always prompt and reliable whenever something needs to be repaired in the unit. You can truly tell how hard the onsite employees and management team work to keep this community clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I feel so blessed to have found a place that truly feels like home

While I ultimately decided to move forward with a different apartment complex, I still wanted to take a moment to recognize how amazing Arlety was. She was incredibly professional, patient, and always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. If you’re considering a tour, I highly recommend touring with Arlety!

So I lived here for about 10 months and will be moving out of state in a about a week. Compared to other replaces this place is above average especially in its price range. Commodities are excellent. The office team and repair teams are excellent too... One time my boiler leaked water, making the closet carpet and wall wet... They came right away, opened the carpet, cleaned out any mold, dried it out for 2 days with their special tools, and painted the wall.... Another time, my AC broke, abd they came right away and fixed the AC too... I think this place is great.... I wish the floors would be made better not to hear the people upstairs walking around, but I guess it's part of apartment living... Overall, if I move back to Georgia, I'd move right back in 🥳
