Don’t move here! They do not care about their residents. We had so many issues with this place throughout my 3 years here. Then I moved out from here about a month ago, received my Move out statement that says I’m supposed to be refunded $1000+. I have not received my money back, I’ve been calling and emailing with no answer. They send u straight to voicemail when u call and when u email they don’t answer. I moved out just send my my refund so I can be done with y’all! I’m so sick of the bull here. Update: I did end up getting my refund, it just took at long time. It’s not the worst apartment, I’ve never had any breaking in or safety concerns. They did however, break into my boyfriend’s car and took all his coins. He had a lot of coins

My wife and I applied in March 2025 looking for an apartment they charged us 300 dollars that were supposedly refundable, we did not qualify for the apartments and that money was never returned to us, we went on several occasions and they told us that they were not going to return the money and it was never like that, be careful when you are going to apply in that condominium

I only lived in this apartment community for four months, unit 105 to be exact (move-in April 2025), and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During my short stay, I began noticing rats infiltrating my unit. This was alarming and unacceptable, especially considering I had not been there long and kept my home clean. What was even more concerning was that the front desk staff appeared to already be aware of the infestation. It took pest control weeks to come out to my unit, so I had to be pest control for those weeks before they came. Instead of resolving the issue within the townhome I was leasing, I was advised to consider downsizing to a two-bedroom apartment. This suggestion raised serious concerns for me, especially since the entire building I originally moved into appeared to have a rodent problem. I was understandably uncertain about moving into another unit under those conditions so I decided to just moved Since moving out (move out date September 2025), I have experienced ongoing issues with receiving my security deposit back. I was told that I’d receive my deposit within a month of moving out. It is now Marcy 2026 I have yet to receive my deposit. I’ve called almost every week since October 2025 and still nothing. I’ve been to the rent office multiple times as well an and their response is it’s in processing and being shipped from corporate. I continue to be given the runaround by the corporate office as well as the property at Park at Mt. Zion, with vague responses about when the money will be sent. Clear communication and accountability have been lacking throughout this process. I had to pack up everything within 4 months and make ANOTHER costly move. I entered my lease in good faith and upheld my responsibilities as a tenant. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of responsibility in return. This experience was a complete nightmare and no one should ever have to experience anything like this, especially during these times. I strongly encourage prospective tenants to thoroughly consider these concerns before signing a lease here.
