The Lofts on Jewell

Looking for a place to live. Does anyone know how much these apartments cost

You may not look like or be the kind of person they want to rent to. Do not waste your time applying at this place. I make four and a half times the rent and got denied. I already know the real reason. Thankful there are many other places to live! 🙃

I’m so glad I chose to stop by and view the property. I didn’t even know it was what I needed until I got there. Such a sleek, creative and cozy space. Thank you Jason for your professionalism, transparency and sense of urgency. This guy really does right by people and has your best interest at heart. I truly believe he gives the people a light and welcoming feeling ! Love my space !

I’ve lived here for a couple months now and I love it. The property is well maintained, the trash container is dumped frequently, and they provide doggy waste bags too. The apartments are modern, sleek, and well designed. Also, if there’s any issue the property manager, Jason, is prompt about addressing any concerns. There truly aren’t any hidden fees. They are straightforward about everything, which is a huge breath of fresh air in today renting culture. I plan to rent here for a while. Thank you for the awesome customer service and a great place to live.
