Prose Gainesville

I have now lived here for well over a year and a quarter, I will say the apartment homes themselves are very nice, and while I have not dealt with them in quite a few months the staff was and I would imagine still is very friendly and helpful, with how ridiculously unreliable the internet is, I don’t know that I could honestly recommend it to anyone at the moment, I previously lived down the street at Allora Gainesville and we had absolutely no issues with the internet for the entire 15 month lease that I lived there. For the exorbitant price that you pay for the Xfinity internet and the consistently increasing rent prices your time would be better served looking for an apartment elsewhere, It is 2026 Internet is almost as vital as electricity for every day life and the service here is unacceptable.

Living at Prose Gainesville was a great experience! All the staff were so kind and attentive to all of our needs and I couldn’t recommend this place more! And a huge shout out to Ally for helping us out with the process of moving here!

I lived at Prose Gainesville for 15 months and had a great experience. Ally and the entire staff were always warm, friendly, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful apartment community in Gainesville.

We lived here for a year and it's a horrible place to live. Dogs constantly barking because they're left unattended. I hope you like trains at 1 3 and 5 am lol. You will be woken up by trains all night long. This place is a scam. Way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and check down the road. We cleaned the apartment perfectly 👌 and they charged us to steal our deposit. Absolutely 💯 fraudulent. Also there's absolutely no parking on the weekends. We are so much happier now that we don't live at Prose Gainesville. This is probably the most serious review I've ever posted. Please research this place and the train schedule before moving in.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 100 ⭐️ I WOULD. Ally Silva and Jill the manager went more than above and beyond to make this happen for my boyfriend. They where extremely helpful and patience after a bad experience somewhere else that they just took his time and money. Ally and Jill Got him to move in less than 24 hrs making the process smooth and easy. The place is super clean, quiet and friendly. These ladies are the bomb 🥳🙏🏼. Thanks to them I might be moving from Miami to Gainsville soon 🥰.
