If you are skeptical about this apartment community don't be! Along with the other reviewers I agree moving in was extremely easy, fast (within hours fast) and the property manager Lindsey is a super nice lady and has gone above and beyond to make sure all the residents here are happy! My newlywed wife and I will be here one year May 1st and we will definitely be resigning our lease for another. If you are thinking about shopping around you can't be the rental prices here especially with all of the renovations they have done over the years you will be really surprised! K Building 🙏

I’ve been here for two years and I absolutely love the community the property love my apartment! The pines of Lanier is not just a place to stay its home to me. Very Quite and Peaceful Ken Turner the Maintenance Support is very helpful taking care of all of ur needs for your Apartment inside and out, and when it comes to the apartment manager Lindsay Tehonica well she is the best going above and beyond to make your living there Comfortable. I would recommend The Pines Of Lanier to any friend, or relative.

A great stepping stone living place for people who need a place to live and to get accepted easily and fast. The maintenance people are very nice as well and the landlord works well managing the place. The apartment property is under going renovations which is pretty nice too.

Very cute property! Maintenance is fast and very capable to handle whatever is needed. Lindsay is a very attentive manager and helps however she can. Most affordable rent prices in town!

First, one of the easiest places to get accepted and approved quick,fast and in a hurry. Me and my husband got approved same day and got the keys the same day…. The front office people are amazing and super sweet, the man who always picks up trash will make your day. They cut the grass very often and have beautiful plants in the front,neighbors are nice and friendly. No problems here just peace with beautiful trees.
