Loving my new home for my kids and I! Madeline did a great job with assisting me through the application process. She is very kind. It has been a great experience so far and I am looking forward to being a resident here for a good while.

Loving our new home! Madeline made the application process smooth and easy. Maintenance is on schedule with work orders and courteous. The area is quiet and convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants.

I’ve been living at Oakwood Commons for almost a year now. I absolutely love my home and know I’ll be here for a while to raise my children. I’m thrilled with the updated layout of the home and the maintenance help and assistance from Madeline. I’m extremely happy. Madeline is an incredible person. During a particularly challenging situation, she offered me valuable options to help me navigate through it. I am truly grateful for her support.

I have been living at Oakwood Commons for almost 2 years now. These townhomes are so spacious (with tons of storage), and since each room has its own bathroom, you can’t go wrong with living here! The location is also very convenient and is in walking distance to an Aldi, Tractor Supply, a Mexican restaurant, UNG, and more! I can’t begin to thank Nikki & Mickey enough because they are always willing to help with any questions/issues I may have!
