It's not pleasant at all. They promise maintenance when the hallways are actually filthy! There are way too many cockroaches, and they get into the apartments. There are cobwebs and horrible spiders in the hallways that they're supposed to clean. I really don't understand. And the gym is always filthy.

I move in 6 months ago, and so far everything has been great. The team try to help with what they can control. Maintenace is very helpful.

July 4th 2025 the past two years here at Indigo have hit rock bottom!! Rent is over $1700/month which include this pool and the lack of trash pick up! Rats and pests plague the property! Gainesville city code enforcement will definitely be getting a call Monday! Here it is the summer of 2026 and the pool is green again!!
