The Laurel at Flowery Branch is an exquisite place to find your new home. This beautiful property is exceptionally unique with every single detail designed for modern luxury living. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff go above and beyond to care for the residents and of course their fur babies! They also host so many fun activities and events for the residents to enjoy and really feel connected as a community!

Lived here for about six months now, and the experience has been excellent. We toured several properties in the area—including the one up the road—but Christian truly stood out. She made the tour enjoyable, answered every question, and ultimately sold us on the property. She went above and beyond to make our move‑in smooth and completely stress‑free. The community itself is clean, well‑maintained, and genuinely a great place to live.

Such a beautiful community! The property is well-kept, inviting, and has a really welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The amenities are a great touch, and you can tell there is a lot of care put into the overall appearance and experience of the community. The office team is also incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and are happy to answer questions without making the experience feel rushed or pressured. Definitely a community worth checking out if you’re looking for a new home in the area!
