Jefferson at the Perimeter Apartments

I would not recommend Jefferson Perimeter. Since moving in, we've dealt with roaches, repeated water leaks from the apartment above us, water outages, and an unrepaired ceiling that is still damp from a leak. While maintenance is usually helpful, the leasing office and management rarely follow through or resolve issues. We were told this was a gated community, but in the year we've lived here, the gates have never been closed. Because of the lack of security, someone even came onto our porch and urinated there, which we have on camera. Our dog was also attacked by an off-leash dog near the playground. The property is poorly maintained. Trash is often left outside apartments, there is mold growing on the exterior of buildings, and despite being a smoke-free community, people regularly smoke cigarettes and marijuana with no enforcement. The switch to Xfinity also caused billing issues for many residents. Overall, management has been the biggest disappointment. They don't communicate well, don't address concerns, and don't seem invested in improving the community. There are much better places to live in the area.

Please reconsider moving to this apartment. The maintenance is appalling. I’ve raised multiple requests for pest control due to the severe cockroach infestation. However, the request will be closed immediately, claiming it’s been added to the schedule. But unfortunately, the technicians never show up to resolve the issue promptly. Another unresolved issue is the AC problem, which has persisted for almost two months. The technician hasn’t even been assigned to fix it. Please think carefully before moving to this apartment. If it’s not close to work, I would have moved out without hesitation.

I’ve had a great experience visiting at Jefferson at Perimeter Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major highways. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. The amenities are excellent, and the property feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are kept looking beautiful year-round. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the sense of community among residents. Overall, I would highly recommend Jefferson at Perimeter to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in the Atlanta area. Great location, great staff, and a great place to call home!

I can’t wait to move OUT! From the very first day I’ve moved in, I’ve had to deal with seeing so many roaches!! I specifically told the leasing agent when I was touring that I can’t live somewhere with constant bugs, and proceeded to show me a unit in building 12, which he said has the worst bug issues! I’ve been here almost a year and STILL deal with so many bugs in my kitchen area to the point where I’ve had to take all of my dishes out of the kitchen. I shouldn’t have to do this for somewhere I’m living, especially with how clean and organized I am. It’s clearly an infestation and the workers have done nothing to resolve this. I’m constantly scheduling pest control but after so many requests, they’ve stopped coming to my unit, so CLEARLY something else needs to happen. I HATE LIVING HERE! And they charge you a $2500 fee just to break the lease and move out because they know many people try to leave!! Maybe if people weren’t so miserable and if you had better staff, people wouldn’t be so quick to leave!!!!

I had a really great experience touring Jefferson at the Perimeter, and Shannon made it even better. He was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. He took his time showing me around, answered all my questions, and really listened to what I was looking for in my future apartment. I never felt rushed, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and have great amenities, but Shannon’s customer service is what truly stood out to me. He went above and beyond, and I’m really excited about the possibility of living here! Highly recommend asking for Shannon if you’re planning a tour!
