Lyra by Radius Apartments

This was my first apartment as an adult, and I had just moved from another state, so everything was new to me. I signed a 15-month lease and moved out after it ended due to personal life changes. Overall, I had a great experience living here. The office staff was always friendly and helpful, the property was well maintained, and the maintenance team was consistently prompt and reliable. The location is also a huge plus—it’s right across the street from I-85, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, several grocery stores to choose from, and even a farmers market just across the street. The only minor downside was that the building’s layout was a little confusing at first, but it became easy to navigate after living there for a while. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This place has been amazing since the day I moved in 4 years ago. Staff is friendly and attentive. Best maintenance team I’ve ever seen. I literally had no complaints. On a new journey now but they have made the transition flawless

Amazing Experience when touring ! Great front desk team. Brian & Khadijah were so friendly & literally answered any questions I had. Definitely number 1 on my list if I choose to move to Georgia. The reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is because I did notice areas of improvement , I do interior designing & some hallway areas including near apartments were not clean at all. I was informed that they did have a cleaning crew but in some areas it failed to show. I know I’m renting the apartment & not the building but regardless when having guest over, you want it to be nice on the way to your home. Besides that loved it !

I have been a resident since January 2025, and from the very beginning, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality—something I deeply value. In April, I faced an unexpected job loss and encountered financial challenges. During that time, Ari Glenn provided exceptional support and guidance, offering helpful recommendations that enabled me to regain stability quickly. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, although issues are rare. The community itself is peaceful and conveniently located, with nearly everything I need within a five-mile radius. Every day after work, I truly enjoy coming home to my luxurious and comfortable space. If you’re considering moving here—welcome home!

I found my dream apartment chat. GPT helped me. I looked at reviews. I looked on TikTok, but nothing can beat the experience I had walking into the leasing office! Ari the property manager was so amazing Brian was so helpful so amazing anything I had a question with they had an answer. They told me what mattress was perfect for me. They helped me with Daycare’s for my baby girl. They felt like family The Property is everything the pictures show my apartment we absolutely love. I definitely recommend living here. It’s only been a few days for me, but I feel so happy relocating from Miami to this apartment because it feels like a piece of home. It gives resort vibes. I’m not paying my whole check and yet I feel so happy to just be on property because they have everything you could think of. Not to mention from the moment I was looking at the model unit Ari prayed with me to the moment I got my keys. God was at the center of it all and they were definitely a part of my new beginnings and I’m just so forever grateful I’ve been praying for my leasing office my neighbors my property, my maintenance man everything being a single mom moving to a new city and God showed out with them even Stephen first day is like making sure my apartment is A1. I am just I could go on and on because I’m just so ecstatic that I found this hidden Gem Run. Don’t walk apply today.!!
