While the property offers a picturesque setting with a lake and pleasant landscaping, and some residents praise the friendly staff and convenient location near shopping and highways, many others express significant concerns. Recurring issues include widespread pest infestations, frequent water shut-offs, and general disrepair within units, often leading to an uncomfortable day-to-day living experience. Additionally, several residents report difficulties with communication from the management and frustration with maintenance response times.

I absolutely do not recommend living in this complex. From the outside, it may look nice, but living here is a completely different experience. The place leaves much to be desired, and the quality of life does not match what one expects when paying rent. The attention and response to residents' problems are very poor. When you have an issue, you can feel like they simply don't care and that you have to insist repeatedly for them to do anything. There are situations that directly affect the peace and comfort of those of us who live here and don't feel cared for as they should be. Don't be swayed by the photos of the pool, the lake, or the common areas. Before moving in, I recommend visiting the complex in person, talking to residents, and asking what it's really like to live here. For me, it has been a very unpleasant experience, and I would never live here again, nor would I recommend it to a friend or family member. Just look at how the kitchen, the bathrooms, the rooms—everything is in such a state of disrepair. This complex doesn't meet the requirements for monthly or bi-weekly fumigation and maintenance. To top it off, they cut off the water supply far too often each month.

It’s quiet to live here, it’s really quiet

I've been living here for several days, and believe me, I'm not sleeping and I barely use the apartment because of this... It's very run down, too many cockroaches and bugs all over the place, even a small snake in my living room, the showers are clogged, and the rooms smell bad because of the carpets. I really haven't felt comfortable here and I'm trying not to live here until it's in the best possible condition and they do the proper fumigation and repairs.

I have been a tenant here for the last five years we have had the water turned off multiple times in a year. We have had our building shot at with guns and on top of that our last couple of months staying here we have gotten charged an excessive fee for throwing a couple of boxes a fine of 350 dollars. Which could be discriminatory because I’m not sure if you every one who throw away boxes are being charged 350 dollars. These apartments are run down and old. We also have been flooded up to 3 inches in our town home. They have roaches everywhere and bad mold in the air vents and on in bathroom the water needs to be tested because it appears to be dirty.
