I want to give a big shout-out to Checho, the maintenance guy at our apartment community. He is always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever something needs to be fixed. He takes his work seriously and makes sure the job is done right. It’s great to have someone like Checho who cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. We really appreciate all his hard work and dedication!

New residents do not fall for the Flex opportunity at this community. They try to reward you for paying your rent on time but will charge a late fee knowing you have till the 5th in the application to pay your rent. So you will end up paying double when you are so called being rewarded for having options to pay your rent. The office does not support you or assist you. They do not care about tenure I have been here for 8 years this new management is different. I wrote a previous review but RPM will not take your call or reach out to you they will say we do not see you in the records to throw off the scent. I have called emailed numerous times when I had issues with billing and here we go again giving perks but do not live up to the perks given. I have still not heard from them through my numerous complaints but it’s okay. Just make sure you read all documents they do not pay attention to detail so always double check your billing and expect unexpected charges to be added to your bill without a 90 day notice.

I had a great experience touring Haven North East with Laura. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and informative. Laura took the time to answer all my questions and pointed out details I might have missed on my own. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit, not just rushing through a tour. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I left with a really positive impression of the community.

The assistant manager Jackie Bowen has been awesome since day one. She’s easy to talk to, super helpful, and actually follows through when you need something. Any time I’ve had a question or issue, she’s been quick to respond and made the process simple and stress free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Having someone like Jackie in the office makes living at Heaven North East Apartments a much better experience. Definitely appreciate her!
