My fiancé and I are currently looking around in the area and Amber was so helpful with helping us to tour and give us info all about the place. She was quick, to the point, and so kind to us.

We had to move very suddenly, and this was the first place we found. We were very happy with how quickly they were able to get us moved in. When we first arrived, we noticed that our apartment was very clean, well maintained, and move in ready. So far, we haven't had any issues at all. We see the maintenance guys every morning keeping the property clean and looking great. A special thanks to Fatima and Amber in the leasing office for answering all of our questions and helping us get everything situated. They have been very helpful throughout the process. Overall, we are very happy with our apartment and our experience here. We would definitely recommend this community to others!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience living here. The property is consistently unclean, with pet waste left directly in front of the buildings, even though there is a designated pet park on-site. I have also seen roaches, which raises serious concerns about pest control and overall maintenance. The walkways are especially dirty and poorly maintained. Residents are constantly walking past and carrying trash through these areas, and they appear to rarely, if ever, be properly cleaned or pressure washed. I have also seen busted trash bags left out, adding to the overall unsanitary conditions. There is also very little privacy in the units, which makes it difficult to feel comfortable at home. On top of that, I received a notice for vaping on my own porch—even though it was not smoking, just a vape. The rules feel inconsistent and unreasonable, especially considering residents pay nearly $2,000 a month for what is supposed to be private living space. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, privacy, and reasonable resident policies has made this a very frustrating place to live. -I will try to add photos soon. Today was just my last straw after receiving a notice earlier this week about vaping.
