Resumen de reseñas con IA
This property offers a convenient location and reasonable pricing, with many residents appreciating the quiet atmosphere and friendly community. While the leasing staff, particularly Katie, Kathleen, and Antonio, are consistently praised for being helpful, informative, and professional, several residents have experienced significant issues with apartment quality and maintenance. Some units, even those advertised as renovated, have reported problems like cracking walls, pest infestations, and unaddressed safety concerns, often leading to frustration with the responsiveness and communication from management.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ **3/10 — “Renovated” is apparently a very flexible word. 😂** I genuinely wanted to love these apartments. The location is convenient, the price is reasonable, the tenants are cool, and honestly, the property has potential. **Unfortunately, my actual apartment experience has been giving HGTV: “Before” with no “After.”** My apartment was changed at the last minute, and I was told the replacement was renovated. Shortly after moving in, my **walls and ceilings started cracking**. Management said the ceiling was “settling.” Ma’am… I’m trying to settle into my apartment, not watch the apartment settle itself. 😂 I’ve had debris fall from the ceiling, floors that feel like an **incline treadmill**, flickering lights, roaches and gnats, and repairs that look more like creative arts and crafts than professional maintenance. My bathroom door trapped me inside, and I **cut my hand trying to get out**. Then my balcony door locked me outside for about an hour in the Georgia heat. The solution was to kick the door in. I was then told I could potentially be charged $75 for the lock. So apparently the apartment came with an **escape room experience**—I just wasn't informed. 😭 The baseboards look like **Ratatouille and his entire family had a cookout down there**, and somebody painted over the evidence. 😂 Pest control sprayed my walls and left oily splatters everywhere. A painter came afterward, got paint on my bag and carpet, and somehow the walls still looked like they needed another appointment. My internet was also out for about a week because of work being done in the building. I had to pay another $65 for the cable company to run a new line, and I’m STILL having issues. As someone who works, reliable internet is kind of important. The biggest disappointment has been **management and communication**. Things break. Buildings need repairs. I understand that. But when you have safety concerns, repeated maintenance issues, and an apartment that was advertised as renovated, you expect professionalism, urgency, and empathy—not temporary fixes and “the building is settling.” I haven't been offered a rental reduction or a properly renovated replacement unit, while new tenants are still moving in. And let me be fair: **this is not a terrible property overall.** The location is good, the price is decent, the residents are nice, and you aren't constantly dealing with excessive noise or drama. With proper maintenance and better management, I could honestly see this property being a **6/10 or better.** But MY experience? **3/10.** My biggest advice: **DO NOT skip the move-in inspection.** Take pictures. Take videos. Document EVERYTHING. If something looks questionable on Day 1, don't convince yourself it'll magically get better on Day 30. Because apparently “renovated” can mean anything from **“freshly updated” to “please ignore that crack in the ceiling.”** 😂 **Good starter apartment. Just inspect YOUR specific unit very carefully before signing.** ps we need to be able to add videos
