Warning. There is No leasing office on the property here and a leasing office worker from a few minutes away was 20 minutes late for an apt tour here and even forgot that I had an apt tour here also. And these apts don’t have in unit washers and dryers and all of them are very old. Definitely stay away from this apt place. Unprofessional and unintelligent leasing office worker that came for the tour also.

I can’t emphasize enough how helpful and caring the Decatur team at Braden Fellman has been for me. Andrew and Alex went way above and beyond in getting me settled in. The previous tenant in my apartment left it in an unideal state, but Andrew and Alex, with the help of Mick the maintenance man, got everything in PERFECT order very quickly. They communicated with me clearly and often to make sure my every need was met. I would absolutely recommend renting with this company. They care. They’re servant-minded, positive and do everything they can to make sure your living situation is completely ideal.

Just toured with Tracy. She was kind and personable and I appreciate the effort she put into helping me find the right fit.
