We just want to thank Brittney for all her help ..she called when she said she would and went over every detail with my son. The approval was quick and easy…and I’m big on customer service, and I must say she was amazing! There are a lot of kids and that wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t tearing up the building and trash everywhere and also while walking to the dumpster I have seen a roach or 2 ..ppl yall have to start taking care of the place you lay your head…why are you destroying the place. The roaches will become a problem and yea I can’t do it. But I really do like the apartments just not some of the ppl.

When I first moved in this apartment complex in August I was one of the 20th new tenants . It was very quite very clean. One of the reasons I Decided to rent here was because it was new Establishment and I like the school district Druid Hills middle school. maintenance is great. Front office is very helpful but as far as tenants, it seems as if most have never had anything nice I don’t see this place being well kept up very long. Overall, I’m just very disappointed in our community and the way that we can just destroy something so nice, Parents need to do better with supervising their kids. I will NOT be renewing my lease it’s a HELL no for me!!!!
