I have really enjoyed my time here at the Arden Vue. Paris was absolutely incredible during my move in process and coordinating out of state. Upon arrival, Jared gave me a thorough tour of the gorgeous grounds of the complex and made the best suggestions towards getting settled in Atlanta. I’ve truly only had positive experiences with everyone on the team and I’m grateful for their continued kindness and dedication to resolve issues promptly. Especially for ATL transplants and students, I could not recommend The Arden Vue enough.

If you’re considering renting here, do your future self a favor and look elsewhere. I’ve been a resident through the management transition to PAC in March, and I wouldn’t recommend renting here based on how the last six months have gone. We are on our fourth property manager since March. Each one has lasted under two months, so every time I walk into the office it’s someone new who doesn’t know my unit, my history, or where to route a request. I was told today that there will be yet another management transition in the coming weeks. The day-to-day: We’ve gone through periods with trash overflowing from the compactor, packages piled up in the package room, trash left sitting outside near our front door from neighbors, and a pool that’s not regularly cleaned. The first property manager removed recycling altogether so now recycling requires a trip down the road to a recycling center. Maintenance takes multiple in-person visits to get any answer. We’re now a week into a broken dishwasher after several calls, two office visits, and repeated promises that it would be addressed, but I’ve been told maintenance is backed up with requests and understaffed. There’s no communication from the office about building issues, no community events, and no follow-through on enforcing the apartment rules. For what we pay, this isn’t remotely close to what I expected. It’s the worst resident experience I’ve ever had, and I’m looking into what breaking my lease at the end of the month.

BEWARE SCAMMERS! I toured with Jared. I applied. I was denied by rent verify. The application clearly states if you're denied the Administrative Fee of $250.00 will be refunded in 3 days!!!! It's been well over a frigging WEEK!!!! I spoke to Jared I told him I was denied and that I was calling about my $250.00 REFUND. 1st lie he told was it's going to take 3 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY AND IT WOULD BE IN A CHECK!!!! I said why should I have to get a check and wait 3 weeks when the money was taken instantly!!! 2nd lie now all of a sudden a manager is in the office. He asked for my address so he could mail me a DAMN CHECK. CLAIMING I GOT YOU QUEEN. 8/31/26 I still don't have my 250.00, or a check. He's avoiding my calls NOW THAT THEY GOT MY MONEY . Jared emails me a move out statement when I NEVER LIVED THERE I WAS DENIED. I called PAC community the property management company all I got was a voice message!!!! Now is not the time to be SCAMMED by ARDENVUE. HONOR YOUR OWN POLICIES REFUND PEOPLE THEIR MONEY IN 3 DAYS LIKE YOU SAID. I COULD'VE APPLIED ELSE WHERE!!!! BEWARE You replied to my message with a fake number that doesn't work!!!! I called and it didn't even ring frigging LIARS AND THEIVES
