3681 Pavilion Pointe

Lived here for almost a year and a half, still do. I was lied to before moving in. They claimed the gate was under maintenance as they were changing carriers and getting all of the residents transferred over. Gate been broke since before I moved in so anyone can come back and the parking lot is always full at night. So many noisy kids in the area outside and you hear them regardless of which room you’re in. They throw things at your house and play door bell ditch. Pool barely open. Gym barely open. Valet trash comes whenever they want when you pay $25 monthly. Something is always broke in my place. Since moving in I had about 8 maintenance request. Oh and the breezeways are FILTHY!! Like filthy. Stains, dirt, trash and when I emailed multiple times for it I got ignored. Can’t wait to move!
