This community offers a generally positive living experience, with many residents appreciating the beautiful, well-maintained grounds, excellent amenities like the gym and resort-style pool, and a friendly, supportive staff that often goes above and beyond. However, some residents have experienced issues with apartment readiness upon move-in, including cleanliness and broken fixtures, as well as concerns about sound insulation and a sometimes disruptive atmosphere in common areas.

Alexius (aka Alex) is a keeper for sure and has been the most welcoming person I have ever experienced in my life while looking at apartments that draws people in with a professional and inviting personality you would normally find with a family member or close neighbor - Well done Alex
