This apartment complex offers a highly convenient location for students, being within walking distance to campus and close to shopping and dining, with many appreciating the furnished units and inclusive utilities. However, numerous residents have reported significant issues with apartment conditions, including cleanliness upon move-in, recurring pest infestations, and problems with essential appliances like AC and hot water, often compounded by unresponsive management and difficulties in receiving security deposit refunds.
