Sugar Mill Apartments is a wonderful community to live in. The grounds are always well maintained and make coming home a pleasant experience. The amenities are well kept. The office staff is quick to respond when needed. The maintenance requests are always done with efficiency and professionalism.

Living at Sugar Mill has truly been a blessing. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I have never experienced any problems while living here. The community feels luxurious and well maintained. The pool is amazing, and the playground is a great addition for families. I especially enjoy walking by the lake in the afternoons—it provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Another major advantage is the convenient location. Being on this side of town makes it easy to access stores, restaurants, and other everyday necessities. I work at Fort Benning, and my commute is less than 20 minutes, which is a huge benefit. Overall, Sugar Mill is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and convenient community.
