They’re charging me $150 and threatening to take it to my credit, I never rented from them or signed a lease. I only did an application, the payment never went through though the funds were in my account. That’s not my fault! The reason was because “my card declined” so it was a $75 declined fee. That’s outrageous in itself. Money hungry and greedy.

I had a great experience working with Jackie, the property manager! I was in a situation where I needed to be moved into an apartment by a certain date, and due to an issue with one of the leasing agents, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get an apartment in time. Jackie was incredibly attentive, helpful, and respectful throughout the entire process. As soon as I reached out to her, she made it a priority to help me find an apartment. She was able to find an available unit for me and even showed it to me the very next day! I truly appreciate Jackie for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend this property because of the excellent customer service I received from Jackie! Love living here so far!

Keisha is the best!! She has gone above and beyond for me several times. She's great at responding to emails or calls when I've had any questions. it's so great to know there's that kind of support where i live. Bethany is also super sweet and so helpful when i need to go to the office for anything! I've enjoyed living here!

Ms Keisha was amazing ! she helped me find my amazing home. She was very helpful and communicative. I'm in love with the place she helped me find and i wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
