Ivy Ridge Apartment Homes

We love our new apartment; it is well-organized, clean, and cozy. My children enjoy the park, and the facilities are well-maintained. The reception staff are very friendly — we felt welcomed right from the beginning, and they always treated us very well. The maintenance crew is also very kind. Ivy Ridge Apartments has given us a beautiful home; we are very happy and grateful. I recommend this place 100%.

Love my apartment and the office staff lady actually gave me a hug and my key. Yall we was both so happy,🤗😆 I finally got the apartment I wanted and the staff made my experience stress free. Im so thankful. Big huge bathrooms, and huge closet space, close to all the shopping you can desire....everything I wanted. Thank you Ivy Ridge.

My brother was looking for an apt. while going through chemo treatments. I made an appointment to see the apt when we got there at the time I scheduled Chi said there was no appointment and she couldn't leave the office. I was upset. She said we could go look at it and gave us the keys. Getting approved for the apt was a pain. But she worked with him and got him in. I am so thankful for her and the other ladies in the office. I was not able to help him with his move but the maintenance man (i didn't get his name) helped get somethings in his apt. He had the best neighbors across the hall. They would look out for him too and help him when needed. My brother died but got to enjoy this wonderful apt and neighborhood for his last year. When I moved him out everyone in the office was so supportive. I can't thank them enough for all their support he liked going to the office and talking to the ladies. They always tried to get things done when he requested it. I have lived in a few Apts but none that was this nice and felt like home. Going through the work to get approved was well worth it for us.

Major shoutout to the amazing ladies — Chi, Christina, and Nicole! I’ve been living here for 9 months, and every single time I’ve brought something to their attention, it’s been handled with compassion and courtesy. They’re always available to answer any questions, and if they don’t have the answer right away, they’ll dig deep to figure it out. This community truly needs — and benefits from — this kind of care and concern. It’s been an absolute pleasure living here! These ladies are truly awesome and deserve their flowers!

This is a very beautiful, well put together complex! It’s very peaceful at times! The ladies that work in the office are amazing! Chy has been the biggest help since I’ve moved here! She has always went above and beyond for me and other residents, from what I’ve seen! I thought she was the manager when I first moved to Ivy Ridge Apartments! Nicole and Christina are also amazing people and loves to help residents with whatever they can help them with! I always see Nicole walking the neighborhood checking on things to make sure we as residents are satisfied! Christina always puts a smile on residents faces when they come in upset! This is a great team, without them, we as residents would be miserable! Thanks to our manager for having an amazing team! Even the maintenance team is amazing, Mr. Felton & Mr. Chris!!! Thank you for keeping this neighborhood up! You guys are appreciated more than you know! You guys run to our needs with no hesitation! Best maintenance team I’ve ever experienced! Thanks to you all!
