AMLI Brookhaven

I lived here for 15 months June 2025-sept 2026 Here’s what to consider before staying. ! (The staff is legit so nice and kind so no offense to them thanks for getting me my full deposit back they’re very proactive and supportive in regard to emergency maintenance !!) 1. Ever since I moved in I’ve had a 24/7 gnat infestation which never fully went away!! I was near the trash room so don’t live there 2.For the price point 1750 technically , the 1 bedroom 1 bath is not worth it for 650 sq fr basically. Valet trash doesn’t come on time and you’re paying basically $50 monthly for it so the halls have trash for days. 2. Also the trash shoots don’t work so it’s a room full of trash most days 3. They have insane guardrails on the coworking space and amenities they will have security guards kick you out at 10pm even though you pay to keep the lights on there :) 4. They lied about how long it takes for companies to move in I was sold on a dream of the complex being ready 4 months into my move 5.The pool is in the worst spot a view of the highway and gets no sunlight whatsoever 6.i had a massive pipe leak one of my first months staying there and it took full on construction to fix and days of outlets not working 7.i was told by a construction worker that the building is cheap materials and to be aware of reporting multiple issues often 8.they don’t let you use the amenities or reserve them so they’re a waste of space and you’re paying for it! I got kicked out at 10pm by security when I pay to keep the lights on.. and they only allow 2 guests max per amenity space for insanely large spaces 9.they refrained from letting me know accurate amenity construction I wouldve reconsidered this choice knowing none of the restaurants would’ve been open and no pool or basketball or club house opened almost the entire time into my lease that was falsely advertised in the tour!! 10.i got a flat tire and had to pay $200 because construction had nails everywhere 11.they put up paid parking and gates without notifying me, inconvenient and a robbery since the complex is boring and there’s nothing going on! 12. Garage doors never worked they left them open, what am I paying security for? Originally - I wrote a good review but after securing a cheaper place with bigger sq footage with even better amenities in the same area this caused me to rethink things

Leasing Staff, especially Property Manager Antwone McCray showed us around the property and made the touring experience one to remember. The property itself is well managed and has amenities that I dont see at other places, like their indoor basketball court where you can set up volleyball or pickleball as well. This property has so much to offer!

My move-in process was very easy. The leasing office staff, especially Lexi and Antwone, were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Whenever I need any assistance or support, they are always willing and available to help. The inspection was completed as well, and since everything is handled digitally through the app, the whole process is faster and more convenient.

I toured AMLI at Brookhaven yesterday with Alexis/Lexi + it was truly the BEST experience from start to finish!!! She was so kind, informative and patient from the time I initially inquired about the property, all the way to us doing my application together over the phone. This property sells itself, but Alexis and the rest of the AMLI team are definitely the cherry on top. So grateful to have had crossed paths with her/them during this journey! I also want to give HUGE kudos to Kelli (member of the application department) for her outstanding follow-up and overall support to close this process! Regardless of outcome, based on my experience with these two ladies, I will 100% continue to encourage as many people as I know to live within any of the AMLI communities.
