Ive lived here for going on 2 years and its been pretty great for the most part, neighbors come and go so who you get stuck beside can vary but I havent had any issues which brings up the next thing, shout out to the maintenance man, he is really top tier and any issues we've reported hes there either the same day or the day after to handle everything and i haven't had any problems when he finishes up. Hes cool to talk with as well even as he works and talks you through the process if anything new comes up during the job. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I had a really great move in experience. Que was very helpful and answered all my questions. She continued to check in with me and make sure everything was acceptable. Strong family presence within this complex.

Mr. Matthew has provided excellent maintenance service since we have moved in. He responded quickly to two emergency calls and fixed my AC unit with no issues. He is professional, knowledgeable, and truly helps maintain the quality of the community. We are very thankful for his service!

The maintenance man Matt is very quick to follow up on maintenance orders. Most times due to my work schedule I place mine in the middle of the night and the same day he is on the job. He cleans thoroughly after he completes the job at hand. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his job. I am very appreciative of his work ethic and speed of completing the work order.
