Richmond Hills Apartments

I went to see a unit yesterday and the agent who was supposed to show was 45 minutes behind for our appointment. That alone is unacceptable. But while there, I noticed the grounds were not well kept, and the dumpsters were overflowing. Do not recommend.

This place just looks dingy and dirty. I saw one of the apartments and it was nothing like the pictures they show on the website. The apartment is all dark and dreary and the rent did they tell you it’s going to be it’s not it that’s the base price they add onto that like $80 for garbage and water and some of the stuff it’s just not worth it when you come to the end the rent is almost $1000 for such a nasty looking place. Don’t believe them they lie place is just dirty. . The office people just don’t care. I had an appointment to go view an apartment and they were no-show. No call. They literally waited till I went outside to call them and open the door to the office and put a sign in the door saying do not disturb they’re in a meeting. No one ever came out to acknowledge me. Just rude people. The place just looks dirty. That picture that they show with those blue doors. That’s nothing like what the units look like I don’t even know when does blue doors came in because I seen the unit two days ago and there are no blue doors anywhere if you’d like living like a pig then that’s the perfect place for you otherwise if you’re looking for a decent place to live stay away, cause if you rent a place there you’re gonna be making a big mistake . I gave them one star cause I had to give them a star to continue otherwise I would’ve gave him none
