This place is amazing! From the moment you pull in, the atmosphere is peaceful with such a chill vibe. The community amenities are simple yet perfect—the pool, gym, and common areas are exactly what you need. The apartment is beautifully designed with thoughtful touches like built-in shelving, plenty of kitchen counter space, and spacious bedrooms. And let me tell you... that walk-in shower is absolutely gorgeous! I usually prefer a bathtub, but this shower may have changed my mind. I also love that the apartment comes with blinds already installed. Joshua was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, especially since we arrived a little later than expected after driving from Fort Bragg. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I can't wait to make new memories and explore Augusta, knowing we have such a peaceful place to call our second home. As an added bonus, Kroger and Costco are just minutes away, and there are several nearby hotels, which will make family visits so convenient. We couldn't be happier—highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was also impressed by the pricing and the value offered for what you get. Overall, it was a great experience, and Sharita’s excellent customer service made it even better.

Gevonta, Sherita, and Josh were all welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit.
