If the apartment didn't sell itself then maybe she could have done her job. Joking aside, Charlene was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions, and was accommodating to my needs.

Wonderfully move in experience, lived here for almost 3 months so far and no problem. Rent is easy to pay, amenities are nice. Overall can recommend!

I was there 2 years and my rent went up $300. This market is fried. The air flow in the units are not good. I literally had dust forming every 2 days. Charlene in the front office is so rude and nasty. Everyone else is nice and friendly, even maintenance. Overall it’s a good area and very quiet. The community is kept very clean.

Okay, here is your journalistic review of these apartments coming from someone who anxiously researches apartments prior to moving in them: Staff: 5/5 - very friendly staff. They are super easy to work with and very easy to get ahold of. If you have an issue with your unit, they are always there to help you and they keep you well informed with everything going on. Pest control: 4/5 - it’s Georgia, there’s gonna be bugs and as someone who hates bugs, these apartments didn’t have much. Tbh I had one massive bug in my bathroom and pest control was spraying my unit the next week and I didn’t see any creepy crawly for another 3 months. Outdoor cleanliness: 4.5/5 - very clean outside. There was never any trash laying out, it never stunk like garbage and there was never any dog poop lying around. I will say there was some weed (MJ) smell occasionally that would seem to circulate through the vents. Unit cleanliness upon move in: 4/5: my unit was very clean when I moved in. While they shampoo and repaint after every tenant moves out, there was some dog hair left in the carpet of my unit, overall my unit was very very clean and I was very happy with what I walked into given that I signed a lease without seeing the unit prior. Safety while living there: 4/5 - as a woman living on her own there, I felt safe walking around outside my unit. Obviously this complex has a lot of military with it being RIGHT outside of Fort Gordon. But there were a couple issues with a neighbor that shouldn’t reflect the overall review of the apartment complex. Overall: 4.75/5 - I had no major issue when I stayed here. The staff was really friendly and I had no major issues with my unit. Maintenance was always really quick to respond To issues. They usually responded within a week. Pest control always responded within a week. They had no infestation of bugs when I was there.
