Of the worst apartments I ever stayed in recently tried to move out all he want is money they really don’t care for you at upon a time we put in a complaint for three months. They never came until it actually flooded. The people below us had to move out. I had to move to two different type of apartment rats consistently every apartment I have been in over there has rats, mold , floods Horrible Piping I have had three friends who staying here all of them had either rats or mold. I have two neighbors that I have lived with and all of them have rats A test your luck

I would like to say, Icon Waverly has made me a very happy person Since I have moved from North Carolina. The staff Janie , Britney and property manager Prakeila great people. My apartment Had a leak from the apartment upstairs, but they moved me fast got me in a place and helped me so much. Thank you guys for all you do. The maintenance man Jojo always on time get everything you need done thank you Jojo for all you do.

My family and I absolutely love living here! The community is peaceful, welcoming, and truly feels like home. Magon and Brittany are phenomenal—they are always professional, attentive, and make sure any issue or concern I’ve had is resolved through effective communication. I also love how they organize community events and create opportunities for residents to connect and enjoy where they live. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the community and the people who call it home. I’m so grateful to live here. This is what you call home! ❤️
