Winton Flats

The complex feels very new, which made it very nice. Easy code access to the bldg and the apartment via smart codes during. We loved the layout and open Floor plan. Owner & staff took care of everything immediately and made our 3 month stay super comfortable for me and my daughter. The apt is within walking distance of Ponce City Market, the Beltline, and Kroger as well as Rt 75/85. And street parking was always available.

I have to disagree completely with the above review. It sounds like you’ve never actually been inside. I’ve lived here for two years since it opened in 2023. Winton Flats is one of the best-designed communities I’ve seen in Atlanta. The architecture is clean, modern, and thoughtfully done—far from the “box” some might describe. The interiors feel bright and welcoming, with finishes that are stylish, durable, and comfortable. My apartment has been nothing but fresh, quiet, and well-maintained. The community spaces are spotless, and it’s clear the owner and their team cares about both quality and resident experience. To me, Winton Flats sets the standard for modern city living.
