My experience here has been very disappointing. Since my move in date, I have had excessive maintenance issues that only get “patched up” and not properly fixed. Most recently, on 8/4/2026, my apartment (terrace level) flooded because rain water entered my living room because the baseboards are apparently eroded and there is a gap between them and the outside ground. On that day, contractors came and used a wet vac to get the water up and put in 2 dehumidifiers to get rid of the excessive water and moisture. The property manager, Rodney, emailed me on 8/6/2026 stating once the area is dried, they will come and assess the issue and repair any interior damages. It is 8/11/2026 and no one has reached out to me and nothing has been resolved. It continues to rain everyday in Atlanta, so as you can imagine that puts me and personal belonging at great risk. I’ve already submitted insurance claims for my items that were previously damaged. At this rate and negligence from the property, I’ll have to submit a claim on my entire living room furniture every time it rains!!! This property is extremely NEGLIGENT, has no sense of urgency, no accountability, no customer service. At this time, I am leaning towards a law suit for negligence. I strongly recommend not moving here. UPDATE: 9/12/2026 my apartment flooded again so nothing was fixed when it happened the first time. More of my items are ruined and another insurance claim must be filed. This is the worst community I’ve ever lived in and asset living is the worst property management company. Multiple tenants are living in deplorable, unlivable conditions and the staff does nothing.

Stay far away unless you want to deal with flooding problems that don’t get fixed and a management staff that is unpleasant.

Ej the maintenance man is the best hands down. Yall better give my friend a raise!!!
