The Savoy Apartments

I am sadly moving out of Savoy Apartments, but noting to due with Savoy. Everyone has been amazing the property offers everything you would need. Great Staff, Great Neighbors. Awesome Dog Park, some country parks could take note. I will also miss the Parking Deck!

I recently visited Savoy Apartment Homes in Chamblee to tour the community, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Brandy Boudreaux, the Assistant Community Manager. From the moment I arrived, Brandy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the community, patiently answered every question I had, and took the time to thoroughly explain the amenities, floor plans, and leasing process. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel valued rather than just another prospective resident. The apartment homes and community were beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a great atmosphere. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. A beautiful property may attract people, but an amazing team is what makes them want to call it home. Brandy embodies that level of excellence. Savoy Apartment Homes is fortunate to have someone of Brandy's caliber representing their community. She is undoubtedly an asset to the company, and her commitment to providing outstanding service reflects positively on the entire team. If my experience is any indication of the level of care residents receive, I would highly recommend Savoy Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a place to live. The Savoy is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance team does an outstanding job keeping the grounds clean, beautiful, and impeccably maintained. Jose is especially professional, respectful, and highly skilled at what he does. The office staff is personable, responsive, and consistently on top of everything. After living here for nearly two months, I can honestly say I have no complaints. My experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend The Savoy to anyone looking for a well-managed community with exceptional staff.

Elevator is broken. The garage exit gate is broken, so management lets it remain open. The hallway entry door the requires a key fob to enter is broken. Two levels of security are non existent but promoted as security amenities.
