I want to share with you that to live in The Queen has been a very pleasant experience.The administration team, both those of the leasing office and those of the maintenance has been spectacular, they keep all the orders up to date, the building is clean and the attention of the people is very warm, friendly and efficient, especially Nayelli, to whom we have a lot to thank. They make an effort to have the property up to date; in fact, at the moment they are making an update in all common areas that is very important for the well-being of the entire community that lives here.

The staff in the leasing office is always kind and respectful, and I truly appreciate that.My apartment is nice and everything is fine inside. However, I am concerned about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the building. The entrances from the garage to the apartment areas are extremely dirty. Spilled drinks, food, and other substances are often left on the floors for so long that they become sticky and remain stuck to the surface for weeks or even months. Even leaves and debris have remained stuck to the floors for an extended period. The hallways also have heavily stained carpets and dirty walls, creating an unpleasant appearance and odor. It is especially noticeable that the first floor is consistently clean and well maintained, while the other floors and garage entrances seem to be negligent. Please take this as constructive feedback intended to help improve our community, not simply as criticism. I enjoy living here . I would simply like to see the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire property reflect the quality and value residents expect for the price we pay to live here.

Do not get fooled by the promises of the leasing department because they do not stick on their words after once you sign the lease. A bit disappointed with the unit & their promises, maintenance is also not very fast unless you make a follow up. If you have less budget, these units are okay but I wouldnt continue my lease here in future once it ends. Felt like sharing this review. Hope it helps people who are on the look out for a new home.
