I've lived here for just over a year, for the most part it's nice. Gates are an issue, one or the other doesn't work for weeks if not months. Pool didn't open until mid-june which is insane. But the biggest issue I have is the lack of communication with the office and the maintenance people. Currently I've been waiting 12 days for a few things to be fixed. Reached out Monday for an update to see when maintenance would be coming by. Nothing! Just respond to my email, and NOT the AI or auto response. It really is as simple as that. I'm also very unhappy with not getting notice that maintenance is coming by. I though the law stated 24hrs notice. They don't do that - they just show up, I've been told that the maintenance request is my notification. I call BS- I want 24hrs advance notice. Text - email - phone call. The office seems to have high turnover and the temps can't help. Just pass along a message to the property manager who is not responding to emails or phone calls. 2 stars to the place ZERO stars on communication!!!

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is well maintained, and the staff is always helpful and professional. A special shoutout to Danisha in the leasing office for always being friendly, responsive, and making the leasing process easy. Also, thank you to Anna in maintenance she is amazing! She’s always kind, efficient, and quick to help whenever needed. I also want to recognize Property Manager Felcia, who is always quick to assist and goes above and beyond to help residents. Great customer service goes a long way, and they both make this community a wonderful place to live.

I have lived here 3 years now, and I just renewed my lease again today in the front office and Danisha is always extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable everytime I need help with anything! Danisha and Felicia have been there to go above and beyond the entirety of my years here at Canyon Ridge. I have had a great experience here and everything gets taken care of in a timely manner with professionalism and care. Thank you so much Danisha and Felicia!

Felicia is awesome. She turned my wallet back to me when I left it near the dumpster area while cleaning out my apartment and car. I can be clumsy and a worker turned it in immediately as he noticed it. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The staff always fill my requests if I just ask them while they are working btw!* tip** 5 stars!

I WISH I COULD PUT ZERO!! I would strongly caution anyone considering Pointe at Canyon Ridge to document everything and be very careful dealing with management. Throughout my tenancy, the washer and dryer never worked properly, despite numerous maintenance requests. The issue was never fully resolved. There was also a major spider infestation inside the unit, which was reported multiple times but ignored. In addition, there were serious maintenance issues, including water leaks and electrical problems, that were delayed or not addressed at all. A significant issue involved Amanda, who represented herself as having the authority to set up and manage utilities on my behalf. Based on those representations, utilities were set up incorrectly, which caused major billing errors and conflicts with the lease terms. This ultimately resulted in incorrect charges and a breach of the lease agreement, which continues to be disputed and documented. After vacating the apartment and returning keys, I was charged for rent and utilities that had already been paid, with inconsistent and confusing ledger entries. Credits shown on one statement were ignored or reversed on the final move-out balance without clear explanation or written authorization. Communication from management was extremely frustrating — responses were delayed, incomplete, or avoided altogether. When discrepancies were raised, I was repeatedly redirected to the resident portal instead of being provided with a clear, written, itemized explanation. What is most concerning is how quickly the situation escalated toward collections while the charges were still actively disputed. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. If you choose to live here, keep copies of every maintenance request, utility record, payment receipt, ledger, and email, and do not assume issues will be handled appropriately.
