Just got stuck in the elevator and the elevators are over a year past their inspections. I wonder how we got stuck?

Absolutely horrible. All they do is take advantage of broke college students by listing one $$ amount in the lease ($1,065) then charging you a different amount ($1,095). Completely unacceptable and they didn’t do a single thing until I got my parents involved. Clearly they are all on a power trip and don’t know what to do until they are met with the proper authorities. On top of that, half of the things in our apartment are broken, do not work, or are out of place/missing. Never give your money to this place… we are 3 weeks into being trapped in an 11 month lease. Absolutely despicable. They told me that they have 300+ work orders directly after move-in and it will take weeks to get through. How absolutely atrocious is your inspection team if you have 300+ issues right after move in… what is the point of preparing an apartment for us if it is in horrible condition??? I could give this place negative stars if I could. Incredibly disappointed and downright infuriating. If you are a college student attending Spelman College or Georgia State University, give your money and attention elsewhere to someone who actually gives half of a care. EDIT: it is also obvious the maintenance workers/other staff are begging students for 5 star reviews. Every 1 star review is written by a real student or parent highlighting the true condition of these so-called “luxury” apartments. If you are going to beg people for 5 star reviews, give us 5 star service.

Do not be fooled by the marketing. This building takes complete advantage of college students, and management makes resolving even the simplest issues a nightmare. If you look through the owner responses to bad reviews, you can clearly see the manager's attitude—constantly arguing with residents, downplaying legitimate complaints, and deflecting responsibility. The actual living conditions are unacceptable for the high price tag: Hallways are consistently filthy, with bags of trash sitting uncollected in the corridors for weeks at a time. It took over a month just to receive a working key fob after moving in. The unit itself came with an abundance of maintenance and operational issues right from day one. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache. It is nothing more than high-priced garbage run by unprofessional management. Look elsewhere in Downtown Atlanta. I wish I had read the reviews and took them seriously.

Terrible place, takes advantage of college students and is extremely unhelpful with whatever multitude of problems you may have.
