DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I literally have been here not even a whole 2 weeks . They don’t even tell you that the parking lot is messed up so there’s no parking then have the nerve to send out an email today that you can’t even park in future resident parking when there’s literally no convenient parking for the people who stay on the first floor . Be prepared to park on the 5th floor rooftop where you have to walk through a dark hallway to reach the elevator because there’s NO LIGHTS ! They don’t fix nothing! Maintence take 4/5 days to come! Trash literally piled up on the first floor it’s a whole gate full of trash !!!! I didn’t know this before moving here and trust soon as my lease is up I was be FLYING out of here !

This is the worst apartment complex to live in in Atlanta—especially since the fire. The valet parking service is useless; they lose your keys, and you have to wait 30 minutes just for them to bring you your vehicle. Even though you pay for parking, if you arrive after 10:00 PM, they tell you the lot is full and that you have to find another place to park. It is literally hell—and don't even get me started on the trash and the foul stench that now permeates the place because they haven't been collecting the garbage since the fire.

Sierra was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable about pricing availability and answered all of my questions. She was patient with me I did not feel rushed. And her personality is perfect! The building was very clean and welcoming!

I had a great experience working with JC, my leasing agent. They were extremely informative, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. During the tour, they took the time to thoroughly explain the amenities, floor plan options, pricing, and application steps, making everything very clear and easy to understand.

JC is amazing! I didn’t have a scheduled tour but he had no problem to accommodate. His gratitude definitely made the process very enjoyable and would definitely love to live at this property! Best customer service rep I’ve experienced thus far!
