This property generally offers a luxurious living experience with spacious units, ample storage, and a fantastic location close to shopping and dining, complemented by helpful and responsive staff, especially the maintenance team. However, prospective residents should be aware of recurring issues with fire alarms, which can be frequent and disruptive, and some concerns regarding cleanliness in common areas like the parking garage and occasional unexpected fees.

Just moved in! Very happy with my unit so far. Jose in the leasing office was the one who gave me my tours (2x) and took care of me during the process of locking in my apartment. He did a wonderful job showing me the community and he made sure ALL my questions were answered. It was a pleasure working with him!
