Adae and his manager and the whole team were awesome. Went the extra mile from start to finish at move in, and we all love it! Well maintained grounds, nightly trash can valet, beautiful dog park and pool. Great area too with many nearby parks and walking spots! Also the awesome maintenance team even worked in 95 temps to get AC fixed after an unexpected fix was needed after move in. These are Wonderful, newly renovated apartments. Modern amenities with charming exteriors. They are in super high demand, and have a whole new team so be patient and understanding.

The worst management I've EVER dealt with. I moved in March 7, 2026. Per my lease, I was to receive my mailbox key at move in. I've asked MULTIPLE times for my key and there is always some excuse. I currently have medical bills and medication in my mailbox that I am unable to get. This is affecting my livelihood. I will be taking legal action if I am unable to get my medication in time or suffer late fees from unpaid bills that I can't receive.

Horrible maintenance and I can only blame this on management. Along with my 6 other minor maintenance request, my air conditioner has worked maybe 3 weeks out the 5 months I’ve lived here. The ceiling over my bed has been leaking and doesn’t seem to have no urgency behind the repair. Great price for the space but if something breaks, don’t expect anyone to come fix it anytime soon! Oh and I even went to corporate and didn’t receive a call back! No one cares! Just sad to be right here in the middle of Chamblee Dunwoody living like this!
