Such a wonderful place to live! The entire staff, from the office team to maintenance, truly makes me feel at home. I especially want to recognize Omar El Khoukhi, the supervisor. He is knowledgeable, punctual, and always willing to answer any maintenance questions I have. His professionalism and dedication make the experience of living here even better. I truly appreciate everything he does!

I lived at Tens on West for six months. It’s a nice community with reasonable rent, well-maintained facilities, and a very convenient location. Shayla, the property manager, and the maintenance team do a great job. Unfortunately, my experience with their corporate management and finance team was extremely disappointing. They handled my security deposit irresponsibly, and I didn’t receive it until four months after moving out. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they kept telling me to wait. It eventually turned out that they had used the wrong mailing address—even though I had provided and confirmed the correct address four separate times. Their communication was also rude and dismissive, making an already frustrating situation even worse. I’m grateful to Shayla for helping push things forward so I could finally receive my deposit. I appreciated the on-site team and enjoyed living here, but the finance team’s lack of accountability and basic courtesy left a very negative final impression.

Toured with Ania here recently. Love the building, but even more loved her. It’s always nice when there are good people working in the leasing office because it makes you feel like you’ll be safe in the building and taken care of.

Beautiful property and amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in! I can’t wait to move in!
