Symphony at Lakewood Apartments

I would give it a 5 only because Kenya & El are awesome !! The best property manager & maintenance i’ve ever came across. I’m doing a 4star bcus i’ve been here going on 3 years and the owners never seem to care or want to add more gym equipment in the space provided especially since I've paid market price since ive been here, thats the very least that could be added on as well as the very limited parking, something needs to make up for the inconvenience.

Miss Patricia Howell just wanna say appreciate the convenience of being able to pay my rent in a timely manner is such as this highly appreciated. Thank you very much. My apartment is so nice and cozy. My neighbors are the sweetest, we all know each other. I’ve planted so many things in the community garden. The maintenance Eldridge is the nicest guy, he’s always helping me out and checking in on me. The property manager Kenya is the same way. They’re a great team and they make Symphony a great place to live. They’re the reason I renew my lease!

I can honestly say Kenya, the property manager has been such a God send while living at Symphony apartments. She’s been easy to work with from the time I moved in until now. Whether I need assistance with lease accommodation or have a noise complaint. She’s responsive which is helpful. Elridge the maintenance supervisor is also helpful and easy to communicate with. He’s always willing to go the extra mile and completes my service request in a timely manner. The two of them make a great team. Definitely plan on renewing my lease!

I truly enjoy living here! The community is very welcoming, and everyone I’ve interacted with has always been so kind and friendly. Kenya, the property manager, is absolutely amazing. She is always helpful, professional, and willing to assist whenever I have a question or concern. The maintenance man is also wonderful! He is always friendly, helpful, and looking out for the residents. I really appreciate how attentive he is and how he makes sure things are taken care of. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s nice to live somewhere where you feel comfortable, welcomed, and know that the people managing the property genuinely care about their residents!

Lived here before moving back to Chicago. I loved the space! The apartment had lots of light, very spacious, the grounds were clean, maintenance requests were promptly met. You’ll often see the engineer, Eldridge, working on the grounds. He’s always kind and helpful. The property manager, Kenya, was very helpful with helping me through the application process and anything else I needed. You can tell she cares about the residential experience from providing refreshments in the office to sending cases of water during a power outage to all residents. Enough parking space, but may be overcrowded late at night. Also, loved that they had a monthly exterminator come out to preventatively fumigate. The gym, elevator, and laundry options also came in clutch. They also hosted public events one even had a taco truck! If I ever came back to the area, I’d seriously consider going back to symphony.
