2020-2025 I wanted to first start by saying after ZRS management took over the property from the previous two management property companies I did see a dramatic improvement and i do recommend this place with some caveats, I had to leave a star off for living there before ZRS took over and you never know they could sell it off just like the others. PROS • Convenient location to the shopping center, Emory, Grady, downtown/midtown, Decatur town center area. Bar/Deli just open right next to it also a wine place as well, great additions to the community. • Pullman yards is a fun place to visit for various of activities and events like the stranger things event • ZRS leasing staff is great, handle issues promptly that came up and help with move out process efficiently • Maintenance staff is great as well, doesn’t take too long to get something resolved • Price is also affordable for the amenities, location that you get • Majority of the residents are cool as well, met some great people that live here and some co-workers as well that have enjoyed the place CONS (mixed- experience) Noise: This is personal experience, I recommend living on the 5th floor and recommend avoid courtyard/pool facing apartment. There were constant parties extending past 11pm and the problem for us is that when you have a high demanding job(my friends at Grady/Emory know) or even engineers , this is not the apartment to be when you come back from an overnight or need to go to work at 5am. You may be better suited either somewhere else or pick a place 5th floor and not facing the pool. Another issue that happen in the first 2-3 years is i had to call the cops multiple times for neighbors from domestic abuse and random arguments all night. I think in the last 4th year of living here majority of these people were gone , evictions were served to all non-compliant residents and newer people moved in and it might be resolved now but something we had to experience. their is no such thing of a perfect place, i think this was in general a good place to live at during our time, i hope the area and place continues to improve. P.S please also install some more ev chargers
