Had a great experience touring the community the property is well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. Massive shout out to Julian, who was welcoming, super knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy without any sales pressure. Highly recommend asking for him if you do tour.

I’ve lived here for three years, and overall, there have been both good and not-so-good experiences. I really want to give credit to the maintenance team. Whenever I’ve had an emergency or an issue, they’ve always done their best to take care of it. Special thanks to Devon and Antonio for always being helpful and responsive! Unfortunately, some residents can be inconsiderate by leaving trash around and not taking care of the common areas, which makes it harder to keep the property looking nice. I would definitely give the maintenance team a great rating. I just wish my building and the common areas were kept in better condition. I also think this will probably be my last year l here, as the rent has gone up !!

I had such a wonderful experience touring Solstice Morningside! This will be my first time moving into a place with just my daughter and me, so I came in feeling excited but also extremely nervous. Julian was absolutely amazing from the moment I arrived. He was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire tour. He took the time to answer my questions and made what feels like a huge, scary step in my life feel exciting and possible. I truly appreciated how comfortable and welcomed he made me feel. Regardless of how my apartment search turns out, Julian definitely made Solstice Morningside stand out and left a great impression on me. Thank you, Julian! ❤️

I’ve been living here for about two to three weeks, and my only concern is the cleanliness of the building. It seems like nobody is taking care of the common areas. The stairs, hallways, and elevators need to be cleaned regularly, as they are often dirty and not well maintained. The leasing agent Jay is the best , she’s very attentive and you can tell she loves what she do. Looking forward to see how things will change as far as the hygiene July 20 2026 I wanted to update my previous review because, unfortunately, nothing has changed. The last time I spoke to management about this, she stated that someone would start cleaning on Monday. It has now been over three Mondays since that conversation, and nothing has improved. The hallways are still constantly dirty, with trash left all over the floors for days. I’ve taken multiple photos because it seems like no one cares enough to clean it up or maintain the property. The stairwells are also filthy and clearly aren’t being cleaned regularly. I’ve only lived here for about a month, and I’m already seriously regretting my decision to move here. A clean and well-maintained building shouldn’t be too much to ask, especially when residents are paying rent every month. There’s no way in hell I should be putting incense outside my doors to better the smell of this hallway At this point, I’m honestly considering breaking my lease because the condition of this property has been disappointing. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and make cleanliness a priority. Residents deserve a safe and clean place to call home.

Where do I start.. I am only giving 1 star because my room and closet was spacious. I lived here for 2 years -This place looks nice on the outside and from afar but when you come close and inside it smells and its filthy. Its so embarrassing to bring my family/ friends over. It feels like no one manages this place.A weekly clean of the stairs and the hallway floors could easily be done with all the money we are paying. People with pets do not know how to care for them. Dog poop everywhere. Even on the stairs. The elevators are musty and barely work half the time. -We pay a fee for trash to be picked up and for a like two weeks trash was not picked up! This happened like ending of December till January. Imagine the smells. This was holiday season but communicating and following up on your word would’ve been nice -There was a time when there was soo much theft regarding packages. There are lockers for delivery men to keep our packages but instead they were thrown on the floor of the mail room and many of my packages were stolen. Including my couch! I messaged Karen Gates and she ignored my email. No security cameras on site. Just useless and horrible packaging system. Now residents are forced to pay $15 for fetch -Horrible water pressure -It reeks of weed. I am unaware if its coming from the vents or the pipes but there was that lingering smell. -The design of the apartment is strange because how is there only 2 elevators in this big apartment and they are all on one side. Btw they don’t work more than half of the time!! - your guest need to pay for parking which is ridiculous!! And if they are one minute late from the allotted time, there is probably already a boot on the car. Very greedy people -There was always something wrong with the gate. So right there, you see there is not good security Overall horrible experience. i wonder what they are doing with all this money we pay them. Do yourself a favor and pass this one and don’t look back
