I have lived here for three years and I have been exceptionally pleased with the maintenance staff. Antwen and team are responsive, highly respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. They are excellent assets to the team and beyond trustworthy.

I recently took a tour of Smith and Porter and fell in love. Great amenities and beautiful spacious apartments. My tour guide was very informative, kind and helpful. I can't wait to move there.

Had a wonderful tour with Jerome. He was very knowledgeable and very kind as well. Made us feel very welcome. Very beautiful property and love the location. Looking forward to revisiting once we relocate back to Atlanta in a few months.

This community no longer has a property management team that cares about the safety and upkeep of the community. The pool is green, the units are infested with ants and homeless people walk the property/breezeways because the gates are no longer operational.
