My family and I traveled to Atlanta for my little cousins funeral. I was already overwhelmed and anxious. Had a couple of bumps but the receptionist Ms Angela,was our Angel! She was soo kind,so patient, so understanding and made everything ok! I have to be honest,the apartments were very nice,but not clean as you would expect. Water wasn't hot enough, and the toilet was loose,BUT Ms Angela had already done so much,I didn't even complain!!!! 10/10 STILL recommend

The Sentral was a very very happy experience for me while working in Atlanta for a month. It was long hours and high stress and sometimes where you are staying becomes the easy complaint target. Not the Sentral! From easy, personable check in and checkout, “good morning” and “good nights” and the beautiful apartment with everything I could want or need. Many of the other core team were also there and it was perfect for impromptu meetings or meals. I loved the coffee shop downstairs and great restaurants around the corner. The amenities were better than advertised, everyone was friendly and the facilities beautiful, which is just what I needed! The location was perfect, nothing too far away! There will be no doubt of where I will want to be for my next gig in Atlanta. The General Manager Allen was fantastic, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Highly recommend it!

Went there to see an apartment, parked there, got validation and 9 months later i am being called by collections for a parking ticket. If this is how parkong works there, I would not ever want to live there

Lawrence is an outstanding maintenance professional! He is dependable, knowledgeable, and always makes sure the job is done right. He’s respectful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issue quickly. His hard work and excellent service are truly appreciated!Great asset to the maintenance team.

Our event was canceled. The whole reason we drove three hours to stay in Atlanta. Honestly, I thought I booked a hotel but I got a one bedroom apartment once we realized our Event was canceled. No notification was sent out nothing. We arrived at the event and we’re told it was canceled so we went to the property and asked for a refund because we were gonna drive three hours home because we were wide awake. There was no need to sleep at the property. We were told we couldn’t get a refund. I will never recommend anybody to stay here. Honestly, the parking deck smelled like piss. And the reception staff was rude.
