The unit is absolutely amazing. It has new appliances, and new carpet etc.The customer service was extremely professional as well. Mr. Denzell patiently helped me through the application process. Great atmosphere and welcoming environment.

These apartments used to be beautiful, but unfortunately, over the last two years, things have gone seriously downhill. Residents are dealing with issues that should not be overlooked. Mail delivery has become a problem, with residents unable to reliably receive their mail. Amenities that were once available are no longer being offered, and the new leasing staff has been extremely unprofessional and lacking in communication. Even more concerning, there is mold building up on the walls in multiple units, which is a serious issue that needs immediate attention. It’s disappointing to see what these apartments have become. Residents deserve a clean, safe, well-maintained community, professional management, and the services they are paying for. Hopefully, management takes these concerns seriously and starts making the necessary changes.

I have only lived here for about four months, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most disappointing renting experiences I've ever had. I was excited when I signed my lease because of everything that was promised during the leasing process, but almost none of it has matched the reality of living here. Before moving in, I was told I would be placed in Building B because it was supposed to open in July. That never happened. After that, I asked if I could be moved to Building A instead, but I was constantly given the runaround and never received a clear answer. Instead, I was placed in Building C, which has been dirty and poorly maintained from the beginning. One thing I was never told before moving in was that residents were having issues receiving their mail. Had I known that beforehand, it absolutely would have influenced my decision to move here. On top of that, many of the amenities that were advertised and used to convince me to sign my lease have either not been available or have been inaccessible. It's frustrating to pay for a community that doesn't deliver what was promised. The cleanliness of this property is unacceptable. There is trash everywhere throughout the property, and despite reporting these issues multiple times, nothing seems to change. Every time I've brought my concerns to management, I've felt like I've been given the runaround instead of seeing actual solutions. The pest problem is another major issue. In less than four months, I've already killed at least eight bugs inside my apartment. I can't even use my dishwasher because that's where the bugs first started coming from. I've also seen roaches and rats around the property, which is completely unacceptable for any apartment community. I also discovered mold inside my air vents and had to clean them myself because nothing had been done about it. As a resident, I shouldn't have to worry about cleaning mold out of my vents after only living here a few months. My apartment also appears to have been rushed before move-in. There are gaps in several areas throughout the unit, including a noticeable gap underneath my front door. Because of that, I can hear almost everything happening in the hallway. Every single time one of my neighbors opens or closes their door, it sounds like they're standing inside my apartment. There is little to no sound insulation, and it makes it difficult to relax or enjoy being at home. The gaps around the apartment also make me question the overall quality of the construction and may even be contributing to the pest issues. The community itself has also become frustrating to live in. Children are frequently unsupervised, throwing rocks at parked cars and creating safety concerns. I've seen trash throughout the property, pet waste left around the grounds, urine and other messes in the elevators, and spray paint on different parts of the buildings. For a property that advertises itself as a nice place to live, the lack of upkeep is extremely disappointing. I will say that the management staff has always been polite whenever I've spoken with them. However, being nice doesn't fix the serious problems residents are dealing with. The property needs better maintenance, better communication, stronger security, improved cleanliness, and much faster responses to resident concerns. At this point, I am already looking into getting out of my lease because this is not the living experience I was promised. I regret moving here, and based on everything I've experienced in just four months, I cannot recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained place to live.
