This property is definitely a hoax like putting a big red bow on a beat up lemon and presenting it as a brand new luxury car, for 1, Khalil is so fake. And are there any REAL REVIEWS of actual residents and not just coerced reviews talking about a tour with a ruse?

I had the best time touring with Kahlill he was the best individual to give you a tour and honestly get you so excited for a new place to call a home! I cannot wait to move forward with this aparment complex! also the pool and scenery is beyond gorgeous I cannot wait to move forward!!

Living at Platform Grant wasn’t bad for me at all. Maintenance came and fixed whatever I needed without a problem and I love my space. Frankia and Elijah were the absolute best and answered any questions I had. I never really interacted with the other office staff so I can’t speak on them. I didn’t want to leave but a house is much cheaper than rent.

Khalil is the best! He did well with explaining the rates and was very upfront with cost breakdowns. The tour went great, highly recommend moving here!!
