My daughter has called this place home for years. It’s located within walking distance from ANYthing you could need or want. Ponce City Market, Lil Five, MJQ, and all the shops, food, and entertainment in between. Neighbors and tenants are as amazing as management. The property is very well maintained. Real hardwood floors and black and white checkered kitchen and bathroom floors. LOVE. Not the newest buildings on the block but it’s quiet and the peaceful vibes and sense of community make this spot feel like home. And, yes, it’s affordable. (extra stars, pls)

Horrible property, infested with bugs. It’s cheap for a reason, there is bugs every single where. Absolutely disgusting.

Great property with lots of character. Nice neighbors and wonderful neighborhood.

Older buildings with a lot of character, management was always nice. They were a great location, had screened in porches and affordable.
