Nine15 Midtown

As my one-year at Nine15 approaches, I've been reflecting on how glad I am that I took the time to thoroughly research apartments in the city before moving. The location is hard to beat. It's on a quieter part of Midtown and incredibly walkable. I can easily get to MARTA, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, gyms, dry cleaners, and doctor's appointments without needing to get in my car. It truly feels like city living with everyday convenience. The guest parking situation is honestly unmatched for living in the city. It makes having friends and family over so much easier, which was a huge plus for me. I've also been impressed with how well the building is maintained. I honestly don't think I've submitted a maintenance request during my first year. One of the biggest reasons I love living here is how safe I feel. The concierge and security teams are friendly, attentive, and always make me feel at ease coming home. The residents are also welcoming, and the community events are thoughtful without feeling excessive. Another unexpected perk is how quiet it is. The hallways always feel calm and secure, and the concrete construction does an incredible job of blocking noise. I rarely hear my neighbors, which is something I really value in apartment living. I genuinely think the value is hard to beat. I'd highly recommend Nine15 to anyone looking for a place!

I had a showing scheduled here for 1 pm. Since I’m a punctual responsible adult, I left home early just in case there was traffic so that I would arrive on time as a sign of respect to the person giving me the tour. I arrived about 15 minutes early. I told the lady at the desk that I’m early and don’t mind waiting til the appointment time. However my appointment time came and went, and I’m still sitting here wondering if they forgot about me. 10 minutes past my appointment time the front desk lady checks back with me and told me the leasing agent is still eating lunch in the room but will be out soon. At this point I told her that I would have to reschedule for another time. She had the nerve to blame me for arriving early. My appointment was at 1! I don’t care if I arrived an hour early, that doesn’t mean you can now be late beyond the time we scheduled and blame it on me. I did arrive early and that’s indicative of who I am as a tenant, because I also pay rent early every single month, I have 800+ credit and a high paying career. It’s one thing to be late but then to bring up me being early as some sort of justification is next level audacity. The truth is they don’t want people like me moving in because they want to be able to avoid responsibility and then blame other people for it. Someone like myself will not put up with it.

We have been here for just over 5 months and we are very happy with our new home. Being new to the area, new to renting, and new to apartment living we did a lot of research on where to live. We toured a number of midtown apartment complexes and chose Nine15 after careful consideration. It has been a good choice for us. The staff is friendly and helpful and any needed maintenance is handled promptly. Our neighbors are friendly and we’re pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. There is some street noise but that is to be expected in the city. The security of the building is very good and we have seen no lapses. Midtown is a great place to live and the convenience of stores, MARTA, restaurants and attractions puts Nine15 in the center of everything.`

I toured these apartments, and I have to say the leasing agent (Stephen)was truly amazing he was so so welcoming and very attentive to all of the questions that I had! I came twice and felt very at home. Not once was, I rushed, even though I scheduled the tour last minute. The property was well maintained. The one bedroom I saw was spacious and well designed. The balcony is spacious and sliding glass doors to the balcony do a great job of canceling the city and street noise. You won’t even notice from inside your home .

I love the community. I’ve been here for a week and half so far but the experience has been beyond wonderful, from our amazing leasing agent Steve to the Concierge Desk’s hospitality and the wonderful neighbors who added us to the Group Me Pet Club. I am beyond amazed at everything this place has to offer, it’s like a match made in heaven for us. I look forward to enjoying my stay here and renewing my lease once it’s over.
